ICS AMICIZIA
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS
The Cloisters, a remarkable museum built through the generosity of John D. Rockefeller Jr. in 1935, transports visitors to the peaceful world of medieval Europe. Designed in the style of Gothic monasteries and abbeys, it is home to more than 5,000 extraordinary Byzantine and Romanesque treasures collected by the Rockefeller family. Wandering its tranquil cloisters, gardens, and galleries feels like stepping back in time to experience the beauty, artistry, and quiet spirit of the Middle Ages.
Meet at the entrance at 11:15, to join our private, docent-led tour. Cost: $40 members and guests. Afterwards, walk 700 meters to the Bonnefont Restaurant, where we will gather for an al la carte luncheon.
